sarasa_catSeems that dreamwidth has been intermittent and rather arbitrary about emailing me all of my alerts.
If I haven't seen something or if I have been acting like dreamwidth is sort of dead, that's why.... :/

Date: 2016-08-06 07:38 pm (UTC)I first noticed this problem with one person's account. Another user and I added each other as friends sometime earlier in 2016. I set up DW to notify me when new posts appeared in her journal and ... crickets. Messed with the settings a few months ago and still no notifications but ONLY for that one journal.
And then this week everything regarding notifications seems to have come crashing down.
I hope DW is able to fix this feature because the email notifications are the one thing that makes this platform soooo easy for me to follow.
