PSA: Yet another fanfic copyspam mirror website (with unconfirmed malware warning)

If you have an fanfiction.net account, chances are that everything you have posted there has been copy-spam mirrored onto 

http://www.talkfictions.com  <--- currently down now, one day later
   and 
http://www.thebuystock.org  <-- STILL UP AND OPERATING

(obviously, do not use your username/password to attempt to log in ... it is possible these sites are serving malware although that is unconfirmed)

Feeling low-level annoyance with yet another instance of the major fanfic repositories getting scraped and mirrored. Remember when this happened to AO3 a year ago?

Feeling even more committed to only updating my DW fanfic repository from now on even if that means shoving my fic in a place where most readers will fail to find it.

One of my fics on AO3 got copied on to that site last year--It was very annoying. Fortunately the complaint I filed got resolved really fast, like within a few hours.

Hopefully this situation gets resolved quickly. Looks like the side is down but there might be further complications.

Although the first site is down, at this moment http://www.thebuystock.org is still up and still acting as a full mirror of fanfiction.net.

I am increasingly thinking about removing all of my fanfic from major archives and just keeping it all on a site that I control, at least partially. If I do, I certainly am not the first person to leave ff.net and ao3...
