This may be of interest to many of you in various video game fandoms.  areyougame is taking prompts right now for the July round. Prompting closes at 8pm EST on June 15th.

Here is the call for prompts.  And here is information on how to prompt.

I am in the process of dreaming up an ocean of prompts for a range of different video games, including FFXII and DA plus others.

Prompting doesn't commit you to anything. It just leaves food for folks who will claim.  (although consider claiming because communities like these are fun.)

Thanks for the link. Definitely gonna try to think of a few DA and maybe Saints Row prompts.

The style of prompts taken by challenges like AreYouGame are among my faves. There's just enough in the prompt to spark an idea but not so much that the prompt tells (requests? demands?) a very specific story.

If you know of other people looking for something to do outside of tumblr's firehose of activity, consider pointing them over to AreYouGame?

I have prompted \o/. Hopefully I'll be able to participate. I plan on participating in several of the positivity weeks coming up, but a lot of them tend to overlap. Might have to forgo participation for some of them, or scale back the projects I'm working on.
