It's been long enough now that I don't remember all the details clearly, but the first ending I got was Final Winter, and I had to scroll back pretty far in my choices to trigger anything else. At first, I considered this the "bad ending" and yet, thinking it through later, and especially with the other endings for comparison, is it truly an unhappy ending overall? I find the very fact that the game makes the "everyone you care about dies" ending ambiguous in this way to be interesting.
