Have been thinking for a long while about starting (or joining?) a community that provides weekly prompts and shares resources, tools, and techniques for fictional world building, fictional city design, and fictional culture construction.  

A creativity support community, and a prompt & ideas shop for writers, artists, RPGers, game designers, etc.

No requirement to share what you write/draw/create.

More of a place where a set of weekly or fortnightly world/city/culture building prompts give you something to chew on, swap resources for, and potentially discuss with each other.

Also a place to ask questions when feeling stuck.

And a place to talk "meta" about world building.

Potentially a place to network and share links to WIPs, but only if people want to.

I have found many useful guides for world building, a handful of tumblr blogs that reblog/post world buidling resources, a few semi-active discussion communities, and one reasonably active subreddit for asking questions about world building , but nothing that I have seen over the past year speaks to kind of one-stop-shopping community that I'm looking for.
